Records Before GRITS

 

Prior to the Georgia Registry of Immunization Transactions & Services, record accessibility was limited. 

Georgians would have to obtain their records from the county in which they were born.

I was given this "Child Passport" in the hospital when my son was born. 

I took this passport to every appointment and had it updated.

Every immunization my son has received in his lifetime.

Although records are much easier to access now with GRITS, I forever keep up with his immunizations myself!
